The ideal candidate should possess a working knowledge of the construction industry, a self starter, with impeccable integrity, and ability to problem solve. You will be required to meet with clients and help GradCo complete estimates on jobs ranging from remodels, new custom home or commercial construction. A hands-on style of project management is preferred. Going the extra step to get the job done for complete customer satisfaction is the attitude desired.
Our ideal candidate will maintain a professional and presentable appearance as GradCo's clients demand professionalism. We are looking for someone who is computer literate and have a working knowledge of Excel, MS Word and use of the internet and email, but can train you on these skills. Bilingual in Spanish would be very helpful but not a must.
